亲爱的HCP员工，
新春快乐！在这个特殊的春节假期，我衷心地祝愿每一位员工以及你们的家人朋友身体安康，阖家幸福，鼠年吉祥！
过年这几天， 我和公司管理层时刻牵挂着同事们的安危。我们密切地关注新型冠状病毒的疫情发展。我希望大家知道，HCP始终将每一位员工的“健康和安全”放在第一位，包括我在内的公司各层领导对事态的发展予以了高度重视和深度关切。在第一时间内，领导团队成立了HCP抗疫情工作小组，全方位部署和落实疫情防控工作，以确保每一位员工及家人能够安然度过此次疫情。截止今日， 公司所有员工均无确诊或疑似病例。
在此我想跟大家沟通一下截止目前我们已经或者即将采取的行动：
员工关爱
? 公司已为全员工增配了口罩和消毒用品等防护用具。
? 假期延长期间的薪资与休假等将按照相关政府法规和指导文件执行，始终保障员工的合法权益。
返工安排
? 遵照国家最新规定，2020年春节假期延长至2月2日。
? 基于政府的规定和疫情防控需要，办公室员工及上海，苏州，淮安工厂正式上班时间推迟至2月10日。在此期间，各部门可以根据具体工作需要，安排员工灵活在家办公。期间如必须进入办公室，请提前向人力资源经理报备，做好个人防护工作，并在门卫登记并严格遵守EHS的要求进入HCP工作场所。
? 各工厂内加强厂区公共区域及办公设施，班车等相关清洁消毒工作直至疫情好转。
? 取消第一季度所有规模性的线下培训、会议和活动等，直至进一步通知。
人员报备
凡在春节期间途径或逗留湖北或者有类似症状的员工，或者接触过来自湖北省的呼吸道症状人员，实时上报健康情况，并遵循国家防疫规定进行隔离或者治疗。
差旅建议
? 在接到进一步通知之前，HCP全球将停止往来于中国的一切公务差旅。中国境内的差旅必须严格限制在必要的业务范围内，并得到部门最高负责人的批准。
? 取消往返武汉及周边地区的所有差旅，直至进一步通知。
? 充分利用包括XYLink在内的技术方案开展远程会议。
健康贴士
? 疫情期间不走亲访友、不聚餐、不在家中接待客人。
? 不去商场、电影院等人群密集场所。
? 若必须出门，请正确佩戴医用口罩，避免近距离与人面对面交谈。
? 居家隔离期间注意家庭内环境清洁，适当开窗通风。
? 外出归来、饭前便后或接触呼吸道分泌物后应立即使用流动水和洗手液洗手。

Dear HCP employee,
Happy New Year! In this special Spring Festival holiday, I sincerely wish every employee and your family and friends good health, family happiness and the year of the rat luck!
Over the past few days, the company's management team and I are always concerned about the safety of our colleagues. We pay close attention to the development of new coronavirus. I hope you all know that HCP always puts the "health and safety" of every employee first, and leaders at all levels of the company, including me, attach great importance to and deeply concern about the development of the situation. In the first time, HCP management team is coordinating a task force on the subject and adapting our procedures and contingency plans according to the situation, so as to ensure that every employee and family can survive the epidemic. As of today, there are no confirmed or suspected cases among all employees of the company.
Here I would like to communicate with you the actions we have taken or are about to take up to now:
Employee Care:
? The company has added masks, disinfectants and other protective equipment for all employees.
? The salary and leave during the extended leave period will be implemented in accordance with the relevant government regulations and guidance documents, and the legitimate rights and interests of employees will always be guaranteed.
Back to work arrangement
? According to the latest national regulations, the Spring Festival holiday in 2020 will be extended to February 2.
? Based on the government's regulations and the needs of epidemic prevention and control, the official working hours of office staff and factories in Shanghai, Suzhou and Huai'an were postponed to February 10. During this period, each department can arrange employees to work at home flexibly according to specific work needs. If you have to enter the office/plant, please report to the HR Manager in advance, do a good job in personal protection, register with the guard and strictly follow the EHS requirements to enter the HCP workplace.
? Strengthen the cleaning and disinfection of the public areas and office facilities, shuttles and other related facilities in each factory until the epidemic situation gets better.
? Cancel all group offline training, meetings and activities in the first quarter until further notice.
Personnel reporting
? All employees who pass or stay in Hubei or have similar symptoms during the Spring Festival, or who have been exposed to respiratory symptoms from Hubei Province, shall report their health status in real time, and shall be isolated or treated in accordance with the national epidemic prevention regulations
Travel advice
? Before receiving further notice, HCP will stop all official travel to and from China. Travel in China must be strictly limited to the necessary business scope and approved by the highest head of the Department.
? Cancel all travel to and from Wuhan and surrounding areas until further notice.
? Make full use of technical solutions including XYLink to conduct teleconferencing.
Health tips
? Don't visit relatives or friends, have meals or host guests at home during the epidemic.
? Do not go to shopping malls, cinemas and other crowded places.
? If you have to go out, please wear a medical mask correctly to avoid face-to-face conversation with people at close range.
? Pay attention to the cleanness of the home environment during the period of home isolation, and properly open windows for ventilation.
? Use flowing water and hand sanitizer to wash hands immediately after going out and returning, before eating and after defecating or contacting respiratory secretion.
During this critical period, HCP will stand with every employee and the Chinese people to fight against the epidemic and work together to overcome the difficulties. The HCP Working Group on epidemic situation will pay close attention to the development of the epidemic situation and make further communication.
